• If cancelled up to 7 days(May,June,September,October) before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 14 days(July,August) before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total reservation will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• Prepayment: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking. ZanteHotels4U.com will charge, within 24 hours, as a deposit 30% of the total amount in order to secure your reservation and the remaining balance will be charged by the accommodation.
• Cancellation: If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

• One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
• Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
• Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Meal Plan

• The accommodation provides it's guests with eggs, butter, marmalade, filter coffee, sugar, milk, 1 bottle of olive oil, 1 bottle of wine and 1 bottle of water to make their own breakfast.
